🔧 Programming the Remote via the Motor/Receiver

  1. If your motor has a plastic cover, remove it.

  2. Press and hold the DOOR CODE button on the motor (or SW1/SW2 on the receiver).

  3. Press the desired button on the PTX5 remote for 2 seconds, then release.

  4. Wait 2 seconds.

  5. Press the same button again for 2 seconds, then release.

  6. Release the DOOR CODE button.

  7. Test the remote — the gate or door should now respond.

🔁 Programming a New Remote via an Existing Remote

  1. Stand within 1–2 meters of the motor.

  2. Press the working remote to activate the gate or door.

  3. As it starts moving, insert a pin into the center hole on the original remote until the LED lights up.

  4. On the new remote, press and hold your chosen button for 2 seconds.

  5. Release, wait 2 seconds, then press the same button again for 2 seconds.

  6. Wait 10–15 seconds, then test the new remote.

🗑️ Deleting All Remotes from the Motor

If programming fails, the memory may be full. To delete all stored remotes:

  1. Disconnect power from the opener.

  2. Hold down the DOOR CODE or SW1 button.

  3. While holding, reconnect power to the motor.

  4. After a few seconds, the LED will light up — memory is now cleared.

  5. Release the button.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

If the remote didn’t program, your motor’s memory may be full.
You must delete all existing remote codes using the method above. Then, reprogram each remote — both old and new — one by one.
